Since 2008 we have been encouraging participation and achievement in sport, improving health and wellbeing, providing and enhancing education and promoting equality and diversity.
We care about our community; we care about our people. We are looking for a motivated and proactive individual to contribute to the successful delivery of the King’s Trust 'Team' Programme. The programme is specifically designed to engage with 16-25 year olds who are not in education, employment or training (NEETs). It provides a 12-week pathway that combines structured team-based learning and individual work placements giving individuals an opportunity to re-engage in learning and participate in community projects.
The appointed candidate will work closely with the King’s Trust 'Team' Leader to support the facilitation of a 12-week interactive learning programme, monitor participant progress by collecting key data, and provide ongoing support to young people throughout their time on the course. You will be expected to play a key role in empowering young people to build confidence, develop new skills, and take meaningful steps toward their future pathways.
Along with experience of delivering educational based programmes to young people, you will possess excellent time management and communication skills. You will be passionate, proactive and able to encourage positive engagement from young people.
