Role Summary
We’re looking for a King’s Trust ‘Team’ Programme Leader to lead the successful delivery of the King’s Trust ‘Team’ Programme, which engages 16‑25 year old NEETs through a 12‑week structured pathway combining team‑based learning and individual work placements.
Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships with partner organisations to recruit individuals to the training course.
- Deliver a 12‑week interactive learning programme, track progression, collect data, and produce comprehensive reports at the end of each cohort.
- Support the growth of the programme and ensure its successful delivery as it expands across Derbyshire, strengthening key partnerships and maximizing opportunities for young people.

- Passionate, proactive, with the ability to encourage positive engagement from young people.
