Derby County Community Trust is seeking an Inclusion Mentor to support young people at risk of disengagement through mentoring, sport and education. Working across schools and community settings, you’ll deliver tailored one-to-one and group interventions, build trusted partnerships with families and agencies, and help create pathways for progression and positive outcomes.
