We have an exciting opportunity for a patient centred Treatment Coordinator to provide support to our 8-surgery, award-winning practice, Cosmetic White Smiles in Derby. This will be a blended role mainly TCO with some Dental Nursing and therefore candidates must be GDC registered.
The essentials:
- Part-time, 25 hours over 3 days
- Mondays, Tuesdays & Thursdays 8.45am - 5.30pm
- Competitive salary: £14 in line with experience

Join our friendly & experienced team at our multi-disciplinary high-end practice where we offer state of the art cosmetic dentistry, specialist dentistry, and dental implant services. This is a key role within the practice, supporting patients through their treatment journey and helping them feel fully informed, comfortable, and confident in their decisions.
Duties of this role will include, but not be limited to:
- Acting as a bridge between clinical and front-of-house teams
- Contributing to practice growth and performance targets
- Explaining treatment plans clearly in simple, non-clinical language
- Building rapport and trust with patients
- Handling objections confidently and professionally
- Strong understanding of dental procedures and terminology
- Ability to explain complex treatments (e.g. implants, orthodontics)
- Interpreting clinician notes and translating them into patient-friendly information
- Coordinating multi-stage treatment journeys
About you

- You are a GDC registered Dental Nurse
- Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator / Patient Care Advisor or Dental Nurse – we also welcome applications from those with sales experience gained in a customer-facing environment
