Derby College Group (DCG) have a brilliant opportunity to join our team as a Work Experience and Progression Mentor for T Levels in Electrical and Plumbing. Are you passionate about guiding the next generation of skilled professionals in electrical and plumbing trades? Do you have a wealth of industry experience and a desire to mentor young talent? If so, we invite you to become a Work Experience and Progression Mentor for T Levels at Derby College Group at the Roundhouse.
Opportunity
As a Work Experience and Progression Mentor, you will play a crucial role in shaping the careers of students enrolled in T Level courses in Electrical and Plumbing. You will provide invaluable guidance, support, and industry insights, helping students gain practical experience and prepare for successful careers in their chosen fields.
About You
You will have exceptional organisational and time management skills, and be able to work collaboratively with students, employers, curriculum, and other college teams and colleagues to provide a range of appropriate and meaningful work experience opportunities that have value and meet the needs of students and employers.
