The Opportunity
Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for supporting young people in finding their path? We are seeking a Team Manager to design and lead an exciting new Level 1 Post-16 Programme, designed for students who do not have the required entry requirements for vocational study programmes, are vocationally undecided or need support in managing their emotions and behaviours.
This innovative programme provides a tailored, supportive environment where students can explore career pathways, develop essential life skills, and build emotional resilience. As Team Manager, you will oversee its development and delivery, create and lead a new team, and ensure students receive the guidance and encouragement they need to thrive.

About You
To excel in this role, you’ll have great communication and interpersonal skills, alongside being adaptable and flexible. You’ll be a successful leader with experience of leading specific programmes to improve behaviour, attitudes and student engagement to the hard to reach and engage along with strong leadership skills and passion, we’d love to hear from you!
