Derby College Group (DCG) have an exciting opportunity for Teacher of Land/Building Surveying to join our Academic team. This role will be based at our iconic Roundhouse campus.
The Opportunity
This role offers the chance to support learners in progressing from their individual starting points to achieve or exceed expected standards. You will help them gain relevant qualifications and move on to further education or employment that meets local and national needs. Using assessment effectively, you will plan targeted support to ensure all learners make strong progress. Clear feedback and engagement with parents, carers, and employers will be key in helping learners understand how to improve and succeed.
About you
You will be a dedicated and motivated professional who is ready to deliver an outstanding experience to our students. You will need to hold a relevant degree and/or have experience in a relevant field and you will facilitate taught sessions for professional construction students and be able to deliver unitised content, leading on practical sessions and carrying out marking of assessment work.
