The Opportunity
You will provide innovative, dynamic, and responsive delivery to meet the needs of our A-Level Biology students. At the Joseph Wright Centre, DCG's Academic & Arts centre, we offer thriving GCSE Combined Science, Applied Science, T-level and A-level courses. You will manage students' learning, inspire and support them, and continually raise their achievements. You will embrace Information Learning Technology, adapt teaching materials, and manage flexible learning environments. Your responsibilities include planning schemes of learning, providing effective feedback and tracking student progress.
About You
You will have teaching experience in A-Level Biology, with experience in teaching multiple subjects or different levels being desirable. You will work closely with management, colleagues, and students to ensure success for both the college and students. Excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to working effectively as part of a team are essential. You are qualified at degree level in Science and hold a recognised Level 5/6 teaching qualification (PGCE/CertEd) or are working towards achieving this.
