Derby College Group (DCG) is recruiting a Student Engagement Mentor to join the Student Experience and Pastoral Support team at the Roundhouse Campus. The role helps students facing social, emotional and behavioural challenges stay engaged with learning and build resilience for the future.
You will mentor individuals and small groups, use restorative approaches and calm, consistent boundaries to promote positive learning behaviours, raise aspirations and support personal development.
