Derby College Group (DCG) is seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our leadership team. Based at the Roundhouse, this hybrid role offers flexible working across all campuses and from home in accordance with business requirements.

This is an exciting opportunity to provide high‑level support to senior leaders across Derby College Group, including the Director of HR, the Vice Principal of Quality of Education, and other members of the leadership team. You’ll play a key role in ensuring their work runs smoothly, from organising meetings and managing diaries to preparing polished documents and supporting key college events. You’ll also contribute to research and data analysis that informs strategic decision‑making, giving you real insight into how the organisation operates at a leadership level.

About You

You’ll be an organised, proactive professional with proven experience supporting senior leaders in a fast‑paced environment. Confident managing multiple priorities, you communicate clearly at all levels and build effective working relationships with ease. Your attention to detail is exceptional, and you’re comfortable handling sensitive information with discretion. You’ll bring strong analytical skills, able to interpret data and present clear conclusions, alongside advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience coordinating projects and events is essential, and you remain composed and focused —even when working to tight deadlines.
