Derby College Group (DCG) are seeking a Learning Support Administrator. This role will be based at our iconic Roundhouse campus.
The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to support the coordination and administration of Examination Access Arrangements (EAA) and JCQ compliance processes across the college. The role involves managing student data, maintaining accurate records, preparing regulatory documentation, minute-taking, and liaising with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. You will play a key role in supporting the effective delivery of learner support and examinations processes, providing essential administrative support to the Learning Support and Examinations teams to ensure compliance with JCQ regulations, awarding body requirements, and internal procedures.
About You
You will be highly organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and work accurately across a varied administrative workload. You will be a confident communicator with a strong understanding of learner support, inclusion and effective administrative practice within an education environment. You will have experience of working collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders and be confident in managing, interpreting, and presenting data to support compliance, reporting and operational decision-making. Knowledge of JCQ regulations, examination access arrangements or education compliance processes would be advantageous.
