Derby College Group (DCG) are recruiting an Information Resource Technologist to join our Libraries team. This is a great opportunity to provide an excellent customer experience to library users, including students and staff. This role will be predominantly based at The Joseph Wright campus, with the requirement to work at the other sites (Ilkeston, Roundhouse and Broomfield Hall) as required.
In this role you’ll work alongside our brilliant team of Information Resource Technologists to offer a wide range of support. You’ll guide students to appropriate information sources, operate the enquiry counter, provide basic IT support and deliver workshops and training on library services. You’ll also collaborate with curriculum staff to ensure that library resources meet curriculum needs.
