Derby College Group (DCG) is excited to invite a dynamic individual to join our outstanding team as the Head of Reporting. In this pivotal role, you will lead and manage all aspects of data reporting and analysis, contributing to our mission of excellence. This position is based at our Ilkeston Campus.

The Opportunity: This is a fantastic opportunity to drive meaningful change and make a lasting impact! In this leadership position, you'll work closely with senior management to transform business requirements into valuable data insights, guiding decision-making across the institution. Additionally, you'll provide expert advice to the Director of MIS, Funding, and BI on key policy and procedural matters, ensuring our strategies are both effective and forward-thinking.

About you: You will bring expertise in SQL, SSIS, Power BI, data manipulation, and big data technologies to our team, where your proven track record in delivering complex reporting solutions will show. You will have a deep understanding of the Further Education sector and the regulatory environment for exams and MIS is crucial. In addition, your familiarity with all FE funding streams, including those from the OfS, will be invaluable in navigating and optimizing our financial strategies.
