Derby College Group (DCG) are recruiting for a Student Experience & Pastoral Coach to join our Lexis Academy team based at our Roundhouse Campus in Pride Park, Derby. The Opportunity This is a great opportunity to join a vibrant team within the College, and you will see first-hand the positive impact you make on the lives of our students. You’ll work alongside the Lexis Academy to identify students in need of pastoral support and work directly with the students and their next of kin with a specific focus on attendance, behaviour and helping to overcome the challenges ESOL learners face. About you You’ll have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and hold a level 3 in coaching and/or mentoring or a be willing to work towards this with our support. To succeed in this role, it’s important that you have great organisational skills and are competent using IT systems, including the MS Office suite.
