Derby College Group (DCG) are seeking a dedicated Apprentice Programme Coach to work with a specified group of engineering apprentices and join our apprenticeships team based at our client Rolls Royce in their Learning and Development Centre.
This role offers the chance to make a significant impact on the development and success of apprentices. You will play a crucial role in shaping their careers and ensuring they achieve their full potential. You will work closely with apprentices, instructors, assessors, lecturers, Rolls Royce ADLs, and employers to ensure timely reviews and monitor performance against set KPIs throughout their programme.
You will have recent experience in education or apprenticeships. Your background will enable you to effectively support and guide apprentices through their training programmes, ensuring they achieve their goals and develop the skills needed for their future careers. You will have knowledge in regulatory compliance, learner support, assessment and feedback, and skills development.
