Derby Homes are an organisation owned by Derby City Council who manage and maintain approximately 12,500 properties in Derby employing over 600 members of staff. The diverse workforce covers office based and mobile workers including housing management teams, specialist support workers and a repairs and maintenance team.

You will be part of a team that helps complete over 40,000 repairs a year, coordinating across the different teams within Repairs & Maintenance and the wider organisations. Help us keep Derby Homes' repairs service moving and make every appointment count.

We're looking for an organised, confident and proactive Works Supervisor to lead our Day-to-Day Repairs Planning team. You'll be at the heart of a busy repairs service, supporting and motivating the team to make the best use of our operatives, plan workloads effectively and make sure the right person gets to the right job at the right time. From managing changing priorities and resolving problems to monitoring performance and improving the way we work, you'll play a key role in delivering an efficient, responsive repairs service and a great experience for our customers.
