If you are a ‘can-do’ person, passionate about delivering excellent customer service, you will need good communication skills, be able to take control of situations and resolve problems, be enthusiastic, friendly, and able to work well in a team. This post will oversee our trades when completing repairs to our tenanted properties. You will be part of a team that helps complete over 40,000 repairs a year.

We are looking for someone with social housing and/or building maintenance related experience, with good knowledge of building construction and how our trades work. The successful candidate will be flexible, organised and able to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.

As a member of the Derby Homes Team you will need to be:

  • Committed to providing excellent customer service and offer technical assistance.
  • Able to use your own initiative and also work as part of a team.
  • Understanding of Health and Safety.
