Ashgate Primary School is looking to employ two Learning Support Assistants (Teaching Assistants) to provide additional high-quality support for pupils and teachers. The successful candidate will support children predominantly in Key Stage 2, although LSAs are expected to work across all age phases according to need.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality support for pupils and teachers, contributing to high-quality, inspiring, and innovative experiences for all children.
- Work across all age phases as required, and help elevate outcomes for all students by bringing high energy and creativity to the role.
Qualifications and experience
- Enthusiastic professional with relevant qualifications and/or experience working with children, a lifelong love for learning, and a deep desire to champion equity and joy in education.
- The successful candidate will possess the personal determination, drive, and ambition needed to elevate outcomes for all children.

Due to the post having access to children, candidates will be required to undertake a Disclosure and Barring Service check.
