This post provides technical support within our maintenance team, including overseeing projects, contracts and work, with support as appropriate to experience and the grade. This role will assist our Principal Surveyor in analysing damp and mould data. We are currently handling a large number of Damp, Mould and Condensation cases. This role is vital in responding to new regulatory requirements arising from Awaab's law and the increased levels of reporting.
We're looking for someone that has social housing and/or building maintenance related experience, with good technical knowledge of building construction (Traditional and Non-Traditional Methods) and maintenance and of Health & Safety practices. The successful candidate will be flexible, organised and be able to work well under pressure.
As a member of the Derby Homes Team, you will need to be:

- Able to use your own initiative and also work as part of a team.
- Be prepared to move heavy items following appropriate training.
