From live concerts and exhilarating sports events to high-profile conferences and immersive exhibitions, you will play a crucial role in ensuring every event runs flawlessly. This role of Technical Manager involves overseeing all technical aspects of events, including sound, lighting, AV and staging, leading teams, troubleshooting on the fly, maintaining equipment, planning and innovating with clients, and prioritising health and safety.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all technical aspects of events, including sound, lighting, AV and staging.
  • Manage in-house technicians, freelancers and contractors to deliver top-tier productions.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Maintain and upgrade cutting-edge technical equipment.
  • Work with clients and event planners to design and execute unforgettable experiences.
  • Ensure all productions meet health and safety and compliance standards.
