Responsibilities
- Commission universal and specialist adult services for Derby City Council.
- Develop and deliver a strategic approach to improve services and support for people with learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions, dementia, and unpaid carers.
- Work closely with ASC colleagues, NHS, VCFSE sector and other organisations to coordinate care and support.
- Lead commissioning initiatives and drive service improvement projects.
