Responsibilities
- Provide administration, reception and finance support for the school.
- Act as one of the first points of contact for parents and visitors at the reception desk.
- Handle telephone enquiries and direct calls appropriately.
- Assist with the school’s finance function and work closely with the School Business Manager.
- Ensure that all procedures are carried out effectively and efficiently in accordance with school policies.
- Maintain accurate records and demonstrate a high level of attention to detail.
- Adapt to changing demands of the office with flexibility, patience, a sense of humour and a positive attitude.
Qualifications
- Administrative experience, preferably within a school setting.
- Good communication skills and professional courtesy.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office/365; experience of Arbor and Sage Intacct is an advantage.
- A strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
