Responsibilities

  • Provide administration, reception and finance support for the school.
  • Act as one of the first points of contact for parents and visitors at the reception desk.
  • Handle telephone enquiries and direct calls appropriately.
  • Assist with the school’s finance function and work closely with the School Business Manager.
  • Ensure that all procedures are carried out effectively and efficiently in accordance with school policies.
  • Maintain accurate records and demonstrate a high level of attention to detail.
  • Adapt to changing demands of the office with flexibility, patience, a sense of humour and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

  • Administrative experience, preferably within a school setting.
  • Good communication skills and professional courtesy.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office/365; experience of Arbor and Sage Intacct is an advantage.
  • A strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
