Hours: 37 hours per week: Monday to Thursday 8.00am - 4.00pm/ Friday 8.00am - 3.30pm (half an hour unpaid lunch each day). 39 weeks a year, term-time, including inset days

We are seeking to appoint a talented, enthusiastic and suitably qualified individual to join the LCS team as a Pastoral Support Manager. As our Pastoral Support Manager, you will be at the heart of transforming lives, leading targeted support for students facing social, emotional, and behavioural challenges and helping them re-engage with learning. This is a pivotal role combining hands-on intervention, team leadership, and strong partnership working with staff, families, and external agencies.
