Derby Homes are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our Investment and Maintenance Team, to provide an enhanced level of technical assistance. This includes testing lighting, water, and alarm systems, and the accurate recording of this information. The role also involves undertaking crime prevention surveys and the installation of security devices, such as locks, window alarms, and CCTV. Maintaining accurate records of the installation of these items and who instructed them to be installed, and assisting on other projects, ensuring works conform to current regulations and specifications.
The candidate will need to have excellent customer service skills to deal with queries and questions that tenants, colleagues, and contractors may have.
