- Provide excellent customer service and produce accurate documentation using the council's recording systems.
- Communicate effectively with a wide range of service-users from senior managers, elected members to members of the public.

Qualifications & Skills
- Demonstrable ability to communicate effectively with a wide-range of service-users from senior managers, elected members to members of the public.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Word and Excel, and local authority document management systems.
- Appreciation and working knowledge of and commitment to maintaining confidentiality and data protection.
- Able to work as part of a team, calm, empathetic and supportive.
