Responsibilities
- Oversee all technical aspects of events, including sound, lighting, AV, and staging.
- Manage in-house technicians, freelancers, and contractors to deliver top‑tier productions.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure seamless event execution.
- Maintain and upgrade cutting‑edge technical equipment.
- Work with clients and event planners to design and execute unforgettable experiences.
- Ensure all productions meet health & safety and compliance standards.
Qualifications & Experience
- Expertise in audio, lighting, AV, and event production.
- Strong people‑management skills, able to lead teams with confidence.
- Ability to think fast and problem‑solve in a live event environment.
- Knowledge of health & safety regulations and best practices.
