Overview
As an Information Analyst in Policy, Insight & Performance, you will turn complex data into clear insight that directly improves outcomes and supports evidence‑based decision making across the services we work with.
Responsibilities
- Creating reports using business intelligence tools such as SQL and Power BI to deliver insight.
- Compiling data and evidence for statutory requirements, inspections and freedom of information requests.
- Providing clear analysis to aid decision‑making.
- Working to improve data quality standards and responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Experience using IT systems and tools relevant to data and information work.
- Understanding of our business, service planning and how data supports decision making.
- Ability to analyse information, draw conclusions and present findings clearly.
- Strong communication skills, including explaining complex information in a clear and accessible way.
