Income Recovery Assistant

As an Income Recovery Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for Derby Homes tenants who want to discuss their rent. You will make affordable rent payment agreements and ensure that the customer has maximised their benefit entitlement. You will also signpost customers to other services for specialist advice and support as required.

The main duties of this role are receiving and making telephone calls to customers on a daily basis. You will also undertake a wide range of administration duties and offer advice and guidance to customers who have low level rent arrears.

Our ideal Income Recovery Assistant will be a great team player, be able to work to strict deadlines, prioritise their workload and have excellent customer service skills.
