The Opportunity
This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a service that directly improves living conditions for private rented sector tenants. You’ll be part of a dedicated, friendly team committed to high professional standards and public service.
What you’ll be doing
- Providing high-quality administrative support to the Housing Standards Team
- Handle and log enquiries from tenants, landlords, and the public
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, correspondence and documentation
- Support the process of housing complaints.
About you
- Be highly motivated and efficient in team administration
- Have previous experience in an administrative or office support role
- Possess excellent communication and organisational skills
- Be confident in using Microsoft Office and digital record systems
- Be able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure
- Having knowledge of housing or environmental services is desirable but not essential
