The predicted salary is between 30000 - 35892 £ per year.

We are looking to recruit a High-Level Teaching Assistant to lead and work with pupils who have SEMH needs in a rapidly growing cohort across the whole school. The successful candidate will join an established support team making a real difference to the education of our pupils.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support pupils with SEMH needs, ensuring nurturing and support throughout their journey.
  • Build strong relationships with pupils, fostering an inclusive ethos.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and children effectively.
  • Promote and safeguard the welfare of children.
  • Maintain good IT skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Work independently while adhering to school policies.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience working with pupils who need nurturing and support.
  • Strong organisational, resourceful and flexible approach.
  • Committed to promoting safeguarding and child welfare.
  • DBS and DBA checked (or able to obtain).
  • Strong IT and interpersonal skills.

Benefits

  • Permanent contract with competitive salary in the SCP 12-17 range.
  • 37 hours per week with 52-week contract including INSET.
