We are looking to recruit a High-Level Teaching Assistant to lead and work with pupils who have SEMH needs in a rapidly growing cohort across the whole school. The successful candidate will join an established support team making a real difference to the education of our pupils.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support pupils with SEMH needs, ensuring nurturing and support throughout their journey.
- Build strong relationships with pupils, fostering an inclusive ethos.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and children effectively.
- Promote and safeguard the welfare of children.
- Maintain good IT skills and interpersonal skills.
- Work independently while adhering to school policies.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience working with pupils who need nurturing and support.
- Strong organisational, resourceful and flexible approach.
- Committed to promoting safeguarding and child welfare.
- DBS and DBA checked (or able to obtain).
- Strong IT and interpersonal skills.
Benefits

- 37 hours per week with 52-week contract including INSET.
