Springfield Primary School, part of the Odyssey Collaborative Trust, is seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant Level 2 to join the ERF team at Springfield Enhanced Resource Facility. The role is 35 hours per week, fixed for 12 months from 4 September 2026, with a salary in this grade.
The successful candidate will support children with SEND, help them access learning, and work closely with ERF colleagues, parents and staff to deliver high-quality provision and develop skills in communication.
