Springfield Primary School in Derby is seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant for its Enhanced Resource Facility (ERF). The role supports children with complex communication and interaction needs and offers coaching and CPD opportunities.
The successful candidate will work within our ERF team to deliver tailored provision, build strong relationships with pupils, parents and staff, and promote inclusive learning. This is a permanent, 35-hour-per-week post with safeguarding duties.
