Derby City Council is seeking a proactive In-Year Fair Access Officer to support children and young people in gaining timely access to suitable school placements. You will work across health, social care, education and the voluntary sector to maintain placements and deliver targeted support for vulnerable learners.
You will collaborate with partners to sustain transitions under the In-Year Fair Access Protocol, requiring excellent delivery, interpersonal skills and the ability to coordinate.
