You will be joining Derby Adult Social Care at an exciting time; we are reshaping our operating model to improve equality of access and outcomes across the city. About You: To be successful in this role, you’ll ideally have:
- Social work qualification and registration
- Proven experience in managing and leading teams within a social care setting
- Experience working in Adult Social Care
- Strong Legal Literacy
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge and practical experience of strengths and asset-based approaches
- Knowledge and practical experience of proactive and preventative approaches
- Good IT and digital skills
