We seek to appoint an enthusiastic, motivated and inspiring Learning Mentor who is passionate about the academic and pastoral well-being of children and young people, to join our dynamic and growing school.
In this key role you will professionally lead, manage, develop, and be accountable for the pupils to ensure the highest possible standards of achievement, progress, personal development and well-being.
We are looking for a mentor with:
- Skills and strategies to support children to be the best versions of themselves.
- Knowledge and lived experience of helping children with SEMH to thrive.
- The ability to develop pupil resilience through a nurtured approach.
- Resilience to never give up with any child.
- The skill to recognise pupil’s achievements and celebrate these.
