You have the exciting opportunity to be part of a successful performance driven team which is responsible for collecting rents from council tenants. The role involves managing accounts to make sure rent is paid, regularly contacting and supporting tenants to be able to pay the rent and sustain their tenancy.
You will need to have a GCSE grade C or higher in Maths and English or an equivalent qualification or work experience. Experience in managing rent accounts or providing support on personal financial budgeting would be advantageous.
