We are looking for an inspirational Class Teacher with the ability to be an innovative and supportive Phase Leader to join our large, vibrant and inclusive primary school. This is a classroom-based position, and you will have full time responsibility for teaching a class within your phase, as well as being a joint Phase Leader. This part of the role will be a job share with an existing member of staff, to jointly lead a motivated and highly committed team. An advanced understanding of the primary curriculum is essential, with particular emphasis on Key Stage 1, and experience with implementing continuous provision would be desirable. You will also take responsibility for leading a key priority area within the School Improvement Plan.

You will be able to demonstrate that you:

We are a large 625 place primary school, with two nursery units which cater for 32 two year olds and 60 three and four year olds. We have a rich ethnic mix of delightful and well-behaved children. Our modern school has been refurbished and extensively extended and sits in large attractive grounds. We pride ourselves on our caring ethos and the value we place in our dedicated and friendly staff teams. We are a popular school, and have a waiting list for most year groups.
