What We’re Looking For
- An excellent classroom practitioner with a proven track record of improving outcomes, especially for vulnerable pupils.
- Minimum three years’ teaching experience in EYFS.
- Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and pedagogy.
- Evidence of using assessment and analysis effectively to raise standards.
- A collaborative leader who will:
- Support the Principal and SLT in establishing EYFS as a high-achieving phase.
- Deliver Trust priorities as outlined in the Strategic Plan.
