Located in the heart of Oakwood, our Leisure Centre is a vibrant community hub offering a wide range of fitness and recreational facilities. We are currently looking for friendly, reliable, and proactive individuals to join our team as Casual Cleaners to help us maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our members and visitors.
The Opportunity
In the role of Cleaner, here’s an example of what you’ll be doing to make an impact:
- Carrying out daily cleaning duties across the centre, including gym areas, changing rooms, toilets, reception, and communal spaces
- Ensuring all areas are cleaned to a high standard, following health and safety and hygiene protocols
- Restocking supplies and reporting any maintenance issues
- Providing excellent customer service when interacting with staff and visitors.
About You
To be successful in this role, you’ll ideally have:
- Previous cleaning experience is an advantage, but full training will be provided
- A strong work ethic with attention to detail
- Flexible and able to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, or at short notice
- Friendly, approachable, and a team player
- Committed to keeping the centre safe, hygienic, and welcoming for all users
