In this role, you’ll be the main point of contact for our customers, helping to arrange gas and electric safety checks efficiently and professionally. You’ll be at the heart of our customer care process, making sure every appointment is booked or amended smoothly, every message is responded to promptly, and all records are kept accurate and up to date.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with customers via phone, email, and text to schedule gas and electric safety checks.
