Derby City Council is seeking an Attendance Officer for City of Derby Academy, part of the Tapestry Learning Partnership. You will monitor attendance and punctuality, identify concerns early and work with students, families and staff to improve attendance outcomes.
We require compassionate, resilient individuals with strong communication and organisational skills, confident with data analysis, safeguarding and implementing interventions to reduce persistent absence and support pupil wellbeing.
