It’s an exciting time for our expanding Estates service and we have a great opportunity to be at the heart of our forward-thinking and dynamic team, here at Derby City Council. We manage over 1,400 assets and have a rent roll in excess of £3 million per annum. We have a range of truly exciting upcoming projects including the Station Quarter and the Market Place, amongst others across our City.
