The Opportunity
Planning and delivering diverse courses, ranging from entry level to Level 3 qualifications, alongside tailored programmes designed to meet individual learner needs. Providing engaging teaching and learning primarily for adult learners aged 19+, with some delivery for learners aged 16–25 as part of the Youth Guarantee Programme, helping them to achieve their learning goals, build confidence, and progress into employment, further learning, or their chosen career path. Working collaboratively with local partners and community groups to engage and support learners across the community, promoting inclusive learning opportunities and positive outcomes for all participants.

- Student‑centric teaching style: put learners at the heart of everything you do, tailoring your teaching to accommodate various learning styles and needs.
- Empathetic mentoring skills: understand the challenges adult learners face, and support them with empathy and patience every step of the way.
- Recent experience delivering a range of maths courses, from entry level to Level 2 Functional Skills, supporting learners in developing essential mathematical skills that are practical for everyday life and work.
- Teaching qualification at level 4 or above.
