Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver counselling qualification courses at levels 2 to 4.
  • Provide engaging teaching and learning support for adult learners aged 19+.
  • Help learners achieve their individual learning aims and progress into employment or further careers.
Qualifications
  • Level 4 Diploma in Counselling or higher.
  • Six months post‑qualification supervised counselling practice.
  • Teaching qualification at level 4 or higher.
  • Recent experience delivering counselling courses.
  • Innovative, learner‑centric teaching approach and empathetic mentoring skills.
