Plan and deliver practical catering courses for adults with learning disabilities in our working café environment. Provide inclusive, engaging teaching and learning which enables learners to develop catering skills, achieve their individual learning aims, build confidence and progress into employment or take the next steps in their chosen career path.
About You
- Innovative teaching approach: bring fresh ideas to the table, constantly exploring creative and effective teaching methods to engage and inspire learners.
- Learner‑centric teaching style: put learners at the heart of everything you do, tailoring your teaching to accommodate various learning styles and needs.
- Empathetic mentoring skills: understand the challenges this group of learners face, and support them with empathy and patience every step of the way.
- Experience delivering courses to adults with learning disabilities.
