Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, parents, staff, and students.
  • Manage day‑to‑day front office operations efficiently.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and face‑to‑face enquiries professionally.
  • Maintain confidential information discreetly.
  • Support colleagues across departments when needed.

Qualifications

  • Education to GCSE level with Maths and English at Grades A/C or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a secretary or receptionist role.
  • Experience of undertaking a range of administrative tasks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Basic knowledge of administrative procedures such as filing and record keeping.
