Position: Attendance and Admissions Manager

Role Overview
As the Attendance and Admissions Manager, you will play a key role in managing student attendance records and overseeing the admissions process. You will work closely with staff, parents, and external agencies to ensure smooth operations that support our students' learning journey.
Skills and Qualifications
- At least 5 GCSE's, including English and Mathematics
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Basic IT skills including familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar software
- Willingness to learn new systems related to attendance tracking and admissions management

- A positive attitude towards working within a school environment
- Commitment to safeguarding children's welfare at all times
- Respectful, approachable, and professional manner when dealing with pupils, parents, colleagues, and visitors
- Reliable and punctual with good time management skills
