The Role
As a Seasonal Sales Assistant, you’ll be part of the team that makes Christmas shopping at Menkind an experience to remember. You’ll help customers find the perfect gifts, keep the store running smoothly, and bring energy and enthusiasm to every shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly and approachable attitude
- Assist shoppers in finding products and recommending gift ideas
- Operate tills accurately, handle cash and card payments confidently
- Replenish stock, maintain displays, and keep the store looking its best
- Work as part of the team to meet sales targets and ensure smooth store operations
- Support with any additional tasks to help the team through the busy period
Experience:
What We’re Looking For
- A positive, energetic attitude and passion for great customer service
- Confidence in engaging with customers and suggesting products
- Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and extended hours in the run-up to Christmas
- Full availability throughout November & December (Closed christmas day and new years day.)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
- Previous retail or customer service experience is helpful but not essential — we’re more interested in your enthusiasm, willingness to learn and ability to work under pressure.
