THE ROLE
At Bodycare, an Experience Supervisor is responsible for leading daily store operations, maintaining standards, and ensuring every customer receives an exceptional experience. The Experience Supervisor supports the management team by coordinating daily activities, motivating colleagues, and ensuring operational excellence throughout each shift.
Primary Responsibilities
- Leading Daily Operations
- Coordinating daily store activities and priorities.
- Supporting opening and closing procedures.
- Monitoring shop floor standards and customer service.
- Ensuring stock is replenished and merchandising standards are maintained.
- Supporting Team Performance
- Providing direction and support during shifts.
- Coaching colleagues through real‑time feedback and guidance.
- Supporting new starter training and development.
- Promoting a positive and inclusive team culture.
- Delivering Customer Excellence
- Acting as a role model for customer service standards.
- Supporting customers with product knowledge and recommendations.
- Resolving customer concerns quickly and effectively.
- Creating a warm and welcoming environment for every visitor.
- Driving Store Standards
- Maintaining excellent housekeeping and visual standards.
- Supporting stock control and loss prevention activities.
- Ensuring health and safety standards are followed at all times.
- Helping deliver promotional activity and store initiatives.
- Community and Brand Engagement
- Supporting local events and customer engagement activities.
- Encouraging colleagues to participate in content creation opportunities.
- Helping showcase the personality and culture of the local store.
