What You’ll Do:

1. Oversee daily operations, keeping the store clean, organised & running smoothly
2. Lead & motivate a fun, energetic team
3. Serve up delicious, freshly baked pretzels with a smile
4. Manage stock, cash handling & health & safety
5. Plan staff schedules & assist with hiring & training
